About This Role
A rare opportunity exists for an experienced Systems Administrator to further develop their skills in a supportive, flexible and fast-paced environment.
Skills
Reporting directly to the IT Infrastructure Operations Manager, you will use your IT capability and great troubleshooting skills to offer exceptional service to NCI's employees across a range of IT duties as follows:
* Provision of L1 and L2 helpdesk support.
* Configuration and set up of employee laptops.
* System performance monitoring.
* Maintenance of systems documentation and procedures.
* Manage Office 365 cloud services.
* Support internal development environments and applications.
* Manage Windows domain and associated applications.
* IT projects as required.
About You
Our ideal candidate will be a self starter who has a strong customer service focus and natural ability to find solutions. We will provide thorough training and support but over time the successful candidate will work independently and be able to prioritise accordingly. Communication skills are important and you will provide support via phone, email and face to face.
You will have at least two years of relevant IT experience and whilst qualifications are not mandatory, they are desirable.
