Overview
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our integrated Campaigns and Content team and help deliver world‐class creative work for a prestigious luxury automotive brand. This role is all about precision, proactive thinking and strong relationships—ensuring campaigns run smoothly from brief through to delivery.
You'll work closely with a collaborative team of account leaders, creatives, strategists and production partners, playing a key role in shaping transformative campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Campaigns and Content, you'll be supported by a dedicated Account Director and fellow Account Manager in a close‐knit, inclusive environment where great work and teamwork are genuinely valued.

What you'll be doing
* Build and maintain strong, trust‐based client relationships through clear, confident and regular communication
* Act as the key day‐to‐day contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring clarity at every stage
* Lead campaign and project delivery from briefing through to execution, ensuring work is on brief, on budget and on time
* Interpret, digest and clearly translate client feedback into actionable direction for internal teams
* Coordinate seamlessly across creative, strategy, production, media, social and external partners working within an agency village
* Support the development of campaign strategies, creative briefs, proposals and client presentations
* Take detailed meeting notes and produce clear contact reports with proactive follow‐up on actions
* Manage project timelines, budgets, estimates, POs and financial processes with a high level of accuracy
* Monitor campaign performance and support reporting, insights and recommendations
* Anticipate potential risks or issues early and generate practical, solutions‐focused responses
* Contribute ideas, innovation and energy to help grow client business and elevate the quality of work
What we are looking for
* 2+ years' experience in a creative or advertising agency, ideally in an Account Manager or similar role
* Proven experience managing campaigns, projects and multiple priorities simultaneously
* Strong client relationship management skills, with confidence handling complex conversations
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides, with the ability to create clear, compelling presentations
* Strong written communication skills, including contact reports and briefing documentation
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Automotive or luxury brand experience is highly regarded but not essential
* A genuine interest in advertising trends, emerging technologies and the evolving role of AI (basic working knowledge is ideal)
* A team‐first approach, with a collaborative, inclusive and positive attitude
