About Greenway Views
LDK Seniors' Living's flagship village, Greenway Views, is in Greenway, Tuggeranong in Canberra, opposite the South Point shopping centre and walking distance to the Tuggeranong town centre.
The village consists of 327 apartments, spread over five buildings that is about half a kilometre long from end-to-end.
Greenway Views is home to nearly 400 residents over the age of 65.
The village has over 6,000 square metres of communal space facilitating social connectedness and a vibrant village community.
LDK delivers lifestyle-for-life through a variety of age-friendly facilities, amenities and activities for both independent and non-independent residents.
On-site facilities include a gym, art centre, chapel, dance room, theatre, library, several hospitality outlets, village shed, barber shop, hairdresser, medical consultation room, grocer, purpose designed meeting spaces and a dog park.
About the Role
The Care Business Manager oversees the operational and business functions of care services, including workforce planning, rostering, and financial management.
In addition, the Care Business Manager ensures compliance, efficiency, and effective coordination by collaborating with internal teams to support seamless care operations.
The successful candidate will work Monday-Friday during the hours of ****am – ****pm, please note this position is strictly Full-Time.
Role Responsibilities
Ensure effective and safe rostering and scheduling that is resident-centred, meets utilisation and carer consistency targets, and complies with regulatory requirements.
Lead workforce monitoring, analysis, and planning, and facilitate recruitment in collaboration with People and Culture (P&C).
Manage operational budgets, monitor expenditure and identify cost-saving initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Timely, appropriate incident and feedback management in line with LDK policy and procedure.
Provide oversight and act as the point of contact for internal resident transitions.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates to the Village General Manager, National Care Manager, and Care Governance Manager.
Budget development (with Director Care Operations & Village Finance Manager).
Qualifications and Experience
Financial and business acumen
Minimum 5 years experience within healthcare environment
