A large Energy and Utilities company is seeking 3 experienced IT Business Analysts to support the delivery of critical enterprise IT initiatives across cyber resilience, end-user computing and business continuity.
This role suits Business Analysts who are highly structured, detail-oriented and experienced in requirements management, process analysis and stakeholder engagement within complex IT environments.
Responsibilities:
* Planning and leading business analysis activities across IT projects
* Facilitating workshops and interviews to elicit, validate and prioritise requirements
* Documenting current-state and future-state processes, business rules and dependencies
* Managing requirements traceability and change governance (RTM)
* Supporting options analysis, business cases and solution evaluation
* Assisting with procurement evaluation, testing support and benefits realisation
Projects you may support:
* CyberVault and enterprise backup platforms
* Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and VDI modernisation
* OS hardening and CIS benchmarking initiatives
* Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BIA/DRP) uplift programs
Essential Criteria:
* 5+ years' experience as an IT Business Analyst
* Strong experience in:
* Requirements elicitation and documentation
* Process mapping and analysis
* Stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
* Experience supporting infrastructure, cyber or EUC projects
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working in structured, governance-driven environments
