Join our team of experienced and dedicated Enrolled Nurses to make a meaningful impact in rural and remote healthcare communities. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of three years' full-time equivalent clinical experience as an Enrolled Nurse, current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and strong communication skills.
* Delivering safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care within your scope of practice
* Assisting in the implementation of nursing care plans in collaboration with the broader healthcare team
* Monitoring patient condition and reporting changes to the Registered Nurse or medical staff
* Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Supporting patient education and engagement in care planning
* Promoting and maintaining a safe, respectful, and culturally sensitive environment
* Adapting to a variety of clinical settings, often with limited resources, in rural and remote communities
Key Responsibilities:
* Strong ability to work effectively in unstructured, rapidly changing environments
* Current and unrestricted registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
* Minimum of 250 hours of relevant clinical experience within the past 12 months, supported by a certificate of employment or payslips clearly identifying the position
* Current Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including a practical assessment component
