Job Description: Are you a highly motivated and results-driven sales expert? Do you possess a passion for new home building and a knack for forging strong relationships? As a Sales Consultant with our company, you will play a pivotal role in connecting prospective homeowners with their dream houses in one of the most respected home building companies in the industry.
Responsibilities: Nurture and expand our client base by identifying and engaging with potential home buyers, both online and offline. Build rapport and establish trust with customers, providing exceptional service throughout the home buying journey. Showcase our portfolio of exquisite home designs and floor plans, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each. Collaborate with our in-house design and knowledgeable members to assist customers in customizing their homes to suit their specific needs. Guide customers through the pre-construction process, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience. Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to remain a trusted advisor to our clientele. Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events to enhance your professional growth. Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly with diverse clientele. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and articulate demeanor. A customer-centric approach and a genuine passion for helping individuals and families find their perfect home. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
