Live Services Group is expanding, and we're on the lookout for aFull-Time Service Coordinatorto join our dynamic team across ourGold Coast and Sunshine Coastoffices.
If you're a motivated professional with a knack for coordination and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you
What You'll Do:
* Schedule and coordinate jobs and field tasks
* Maintain the trade/booking calendar
* Liaise with trades, builders, and clients
* Support our Project Managers with daily operations
* Take part in our on-call roster (every 7–8 weeks)
About You:
* Experienced in scheduling or coordination (essential)
* SimPRO experience? Great If not, we'll train you.
* Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
The Details:
* Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
* Based across ourGold Coast and Sunshine Coastlocations
* Immediate start available
