Work closely with installers and suppliers to deliver accurate, on-time jobs.What you'll doWelcome walk-ins and follow up web/phone leads quickly.Conduct in-home measures (laser/tape), assess subfloors, read simple plans.Prepare quotes and options (carpet, timber, hybrid, vinyl).
Present and close; take deposits and secure the job.Coordinate with suppliers/installers; update customers throughout.Keep notes and pipeline tidy in our CRM.Must-havesSales background with proven closing (retail, in-home, or trade).
Measuring skills or a strong trade background (flooring/carpentry/tiling) with willingness to learn—training provided to measure.Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.Saturday availability; full Australian working rights.Clear communicator; numerate and detail-oriented.
