Yunati Recruitment has partnered with a well-established community services organisation to recruit an experienced Service Manager for a residential mental health program based in Karratha. This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee a supported accommodation service focused on recovery, wellbeing and long-term positive outcomes for people experiencing complex mental health challenges. Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, including operations, staff leadership, quality outcomes, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day operations of a community-based residential program Support and mentor staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred services Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies and funding requirements Build strong relationships with internal teams, external providers and community stakeholders Manage budgets, reporting and operational performance Contribute to service development, innovation and strategic planning initiatives Promote a positive team culture focused on accountability, collaboration and best practice About You: You will be a confident and capable leader with experience managing teams within mental health, community services, disability, AOD or a related human services environment.
