Join our Global Medical Affairs team
You will be joining a team of highly educated, committed and driven colleagues. The team comprises a sub‑team “Evidence & Education” with Evidence Managers, Clinical Education Managers, a Coordinator and a Head of. In addition, six Medical Specialists report directly to the Director role. Medical Affairs is part of the Payers & Evidence organization within Chronic Care Commercial. Currently, the team covers three Business Areas: Continence Care, Bowel Care and Ostomy Care.
Lead the medical strategy that delivers real‑world patient impact
In this role, you will help turn Coloplast’s Impact4 strategy into meaningful, everyday impact. The role of Medical Affairs is key to Coloplast success – through clinical evidence generation and dissemination, KOL advocacy and close collaboration, support and sparring with teams across the organisation. Your work will directly support better care for people living with intimate healthcare needs around the world.
You will for example:
* Set and drive the Medical Affairs agenda for Chronic Care Commercial
* Engage and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders through 9 global advisory boards
* Support your team in advancing clinical advocacy and generating and disseminating evidence for products and therapeutic areas
* Ensure effective cross‑organisational collaboration with Market Access, Products, Marketing & Development and with Coloplast subsidiaries
* Support the business with medical insight, launch readiness, launch and post‑launch evidence planning, execution and dissemination
* Exceptional skills in balancing demands and resources across a varied portfolio within a complex matrix organisation
Versatile scientific and commercial leader
You are likely to have a master’s degree in life sciences (e.g. Pharmacist, Molecular Biologist, Chemist, Engineer or similar), possibly a PhD, have experience from Medical Affairs, a leadership track record – ideally complemented by marketing or sales experience. You bring both scientific insight and commercial acumen. You thrive in dynamic environments and adapt quickly when priorities shift.
