About You
* Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Engineering and strong understanding of pump industry and engineering principles
* Proven success in sales and business development — ideally within industrial, commercial, or related technical markets
* Strong ability to identify opportunities, open doors, and close deals
* Confident building relationships at all levels, from contractors to consultants
* Results-driven, accountable, and motivated to work autonomously
* Engineering background ideal but not essential — you'll be supported by an in-house technical team
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business opportunities across commercial and industrial markets
* Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
* Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with company strategy
* Conduct competitor analysis and product reviews to support market positioning
* Deliver product and sales training to agents and customers
* Provide market feedback and reporting to management with clear deliverables
