Exploration Manager - New England Region, NSW. A successful listed explorer with a highly prospective project portfolio in the New England region of NSW is currently seeking to appoint an experienced Exploration Manager. In this permanent role, you'll lead the exploration team and drive discovery across the company's highly promising suite of base & precious metals projects.
Base pay range: A$245,000.00/yr - A$280,000.00/yr

Location: Based in the New England region, NSW. You'll enjoy a lifestyle opportunity in one of NSW's most liveable areas, with projects located within easy driving distance. Home every night with a Monday to Friday roster.
As the ideal candidate, you'll be a tertiary-qualified geologist with a strong track record in base and precious metals exploration across brownfields & greenfields environments, including demonstrated leadership ability at the Exploration Manager level.
Key accountabilities
* Planning and execution of field programs (geophysics, geochemistry, mapping, and drilling)
* QAQC, interpretation, reporting and compliance
* Contractor engagement, recruitment, and leadership and development of the exploration team
You'll be joining a well-funded & supported explorer with a respected leadership team, where you'll have the resources and support to deliver exploration success. A lucrative remuneration package with attractive incentives and generous relocation assistance is offered.
