About the Role
You'll be part of a professional facilities and asset maintenance team supporting major commercial buildings, retail centres, corporate sites and high-profile facilities across Melbourne. The focus is on keeping electrical infrastructure safe, compliant and operating at peak performance.
This role offers variety, responsibility and regular work across large commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Thermal imaging inspections of electrical switchboards and systems to detect hotspots, faults and risks before they become failures.
* RCD / safety switch testing to ensure compliance and electrical safety standards are met.
* General electrical maintenance and fault-finding across systems in retail, office and corporate buildings.
* Preparation of clear, professional reports after each visit with thermal scan results and test outcomes.

Expectations
* Must hold a current licensed electrician qualification with strong commercial maintenance experience.
