Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra's customers through outstanding customer service.
You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey, and through your collaborative approach you empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.
What you'll do
Support customers to connect faster, better, smarter; continually learn about the latest tech and gadgets; apply a consultative, solution-focused approach to meet customer needs; contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs; participate in ongoing training to stay at the top of your game.
Locations and hours
Locations: HINKLER (Shop 15 Hinkler Central Shopping Centre, 16 Maryborough Street Bundaberg QLD 4670)
Store Hours: Monday - Wednesday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
