We're looking for self-starting graduates to join our two-year graduate program. You will be joining a supportive team of rehabilitation consultants in our mission to help Australians be safe and well at work.
As an Occupational Therapist, your responsibilities will include:
* Evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have a work-related or non-work-related injury, or who have experienced a work-debilitating illness.
* Conducting assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics and activities of daily living.
* Conducting specialist functional and pre-employment assessments.
* Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
* Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward return-to-work goals.
* Engaging with key stakeholders and building relationships to facilitate business objectives.
