We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Support and Client Systems Officers to join our Community and Allied Health teamworking in our Victor Harbor site.
This temporary full-time role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of vital health services across the Barossa Hills Fleurieu region.As a key part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality administrative and client system support to staff, clients, and service users.
From managing appointments and maintaining records to supporting program delivery and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, your work will help enable better health outcomes for the community.If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and want to make a real difference through efficient and compassionate support, we'd love to hear from you.

Provide professional reception and telephone services, ensuring client enquiries are managed promptly and accuratelyDeliver efficient administrative and clerical support to staff and management, including data entry, record keeping, and invoicingAssist in the coordination of appointments, resources, and events to support smooth program operationsMaintain confidentiality and compliance with relevant policies, fostering a positive and culturally sensitive workplace What will we offer you in return?
