About the RoleAs the Business Development Manager – B2B Programs, you'll take the lead on identifying and converting new business opportunities, particularly targeting Tier B1 clients.
You'll also support and scale existing accounts while collaborating across teams to strengthen the B2B function.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and pursue new B2B leadsCreate compelling proposals and pitch tailored solutions using the company's sales toolkitManage and grow current B2B client relationships to maximise revenueSupport and coach retail and frontline teams to enhance B2B performanceRepresent the business at trade shows, conferences, and networking eventsMonitor your pipeline, report on key metrics, and maintain accurate CRM recordsProvide regular insights on market trends and customer feedback
About YouProven success in B2B sales with a robust track record of achieving and exceeding targets2+ years in a business development or senior retail leadership roleExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsConfident working with CRM systems and sales reporting toolsHighly motivated and resilient, with the ability to self-manage and drive resultsStrong team player with a customer-first mindsetProficient with Microsoft Office Suite
