Role Overview
The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high-quality person-centred care in accordance with industry standards.
* Active registration with the relevant nursing board.
* Able to participate in rotating shift rosters, including early and late shifts and on-call duties.
Responsibilities:
Deliver person-centred nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.
* Coordinate patient care through effective communication and teamwork.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
