Act as the clinical and quality subject matter expert, partnering onsite with Home leaders to strengthen clinical governance, manage risk, and drive best‑practice care.Lead accreditation readiness and continuous improvement, supporting Homes through assessments, monitoring visits and remediation with clear, practical guidance.

As a Clinical and Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting Homes to deliver safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care. Working closely with operational and clinical leaders, you will provide expert guidance, coaching and onsite support to strengthen clinical governance, accreditation readiness and continuous improvement outcomes across your portfolio.

What You Will Bring To The Role
Proven clinical leadership experience in aged care, with a strong understanding of accreditation standards, quality systems and regulatory requirementsConfidence coaching and supporting Home and clinical leaders to build capability, manage risk and improve care outcomesStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret clinical, quality and incident data and translate insight into practical improvement actionsClear, effective communication skills, with the judgement and credibility to work confidently with senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies
