Home Migration Services 3 Quarters Topped Up Café is seeking an experienced Cafe / Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our busy café venue in East Perth. This is a full-time role suited to a hands-on hospitality professional with strong leadership and operational skills.
Work Type: Full time | Salary: $77,000 - $90,000 per year
Responsibilities
* Managing day-to-day café operations to ensure high service standards
* Supervising and rostering staff
* Training team members and maintaining performance standards
* Managing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
* Monitoring budgets, costs, and financial performance
* Ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace regulations
* Handling customer service and resolving operational issues
* Assisting with menu planning and business development
Qualifications & Experience
* At least 2 years relevant management experience in hospitality
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage a fast-paced service environment
* Knowledge of food safety and operational compliance
* Availability to work weekends and public holidays
