About the Role
You'll lead the Accounting & Tax division within the Mildura office, managing a talented local team and collaborating closely with Partners across the national network. Your focus will include:
* Managing and growing a diverse client portfolio
* Delivering proactive tax, structuring and business advisory solutions
* Mentoring and developing your team
* Driving efficiency, growth and strategic direction for the practice
* Building relationships across the Mildura and Riverland region
