About Baker Bleu
Baker Bleu began in 2016 with one goal: Bring real bread back.
Since then, we've grown steadily to five locations across two states, producing long‐fermentation sourdough using time‐honoured methods, modern equipment, and disciplined processes. Growth hasn't changed our standards — it's raised them.
In approximately six months, our production team will move into a purpose‐built, climate‐controlled production facility in Braeside. This new site is designed specifically for high‐quality bread production, with better temperature and humidity control, smarter layouts, improved equipment, and a more professional working environment.
This move is about doing things properly — and we're building the right team now.
The Role
We're looking for Bakers to join our production team and grow with the business.
You'll work as part of a structured, fast‐moving bakery environment, supporting daily production and learning the fundamentals of high‐quality sourdough baking.
Depending on experience, your work may include:
* Assisting with mixing, shaping, and baking sourdough
* Preparing doughs and loaves for scheduled bakes
* Operating ovens and production equipment
* Supporting set‐up, pack‐down, and cleaning
* Following recipes, processes, and quality standards
* Working safely, cleanly, and efficiently during service hours
This is a practical, hands‐on role with real opportunities to develop skills.
