Growth is the team responsible for promoting the Fever business plan across all markets and ensuring that our events perform as expected, driving growth globally. The team makes data‐driven decisions from strategy to execution, collaborating with all other teams to grow the business in the expected direction.

• Lead the Australia Headquarters and focus on the American markets.
• Create and develop a growth team that supports the business in the region and contributes to Fever's key markets, focusing on growth and development.
• Own results, evolution, goals, and strategic decisions within a specific business line.
• Lead global projects that define the future of the entertainment industry.
• Enhance overall company performance across departments by collaborating on plans and events.
• Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills.
• Design end‐to‐end solutions with daily high impact.

• You have a bachelor's in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy.
• At least 8 years of experience in a business analytics role and proven to have managed teams.
• High level of English; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage.
• Data‐driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions.
• Generate high business impact based on your decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases.
• Understanding of any coding language preferred (SQL, R, Python).
