We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Team Leader to join our engaging and innovative team.
The finance team leader is accountable to the business leader for providing a financial management service to the school by managing and coordinating all accounting, bookkeeping and finance related matters within departmental requirements which contribute to the effective operation and administration of the school.
What you will need:
* Demonstrate leadership skills that promote the development of effective teams of school support staff and establish personal growth strategies for these staff members
* Proven experience in researching and analysing financial and non-financial information and data to formulate budgets and proposals to implement "best practice"
* A comprehensive understanding of effective administrative practices and current financial procedures and requirements under Department Financial Policy Framework and audit requirements, including BAS and accrual accounting and their implications for school
