About the role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible to plan, execute and review all aspects of the Mechanical Integrity and Maintenance Execution Programs for the site. Some of your responsibilities will be maintenance planning, capital budget control, reporting and system management. This is a hands-on role which will provide great exposure to the plant site as well as a seat at the strategic table.
You will have a willingness to spend time leading and learning in the field with our trades people, operators, and other technical experts. On the flipside you will be able to develop and set strategic direction with significant input to capital planning and maintenance strategy as part of the site leadership team.
The position will suit an engineer or trade supervisor looking to take the next step into a more senior leadership role while building a whole of business knowledge from execution to strategy in a team environment with other likeminded individuals.

Skills and experience
To be successful in this role and a key contributor to our team, you will need the following:
- Trade Certificate in Mechanical Fitting or Electrical Fitting combined with Certificate IV in Front Line Leadership; or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
- Experience in SAP creation of purchasing requisition (Desirable)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with MEX (Desirable) or any other maintenance package
- Demonstrated experience in a maintenance leadership role
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify problem and solutions
