Insurance Broker, Real Estate 
This is a key role in our company that requires expertise in insurance products and services. We are seeking an individual with strong knowledge of retail and domestic insurance products to join our team. 
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, assessing their needs, and recommending appropriate insurance products and services. They will also oversee the policy renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, and negotiate terms with insurance carriers to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients. 
Key skills required for this role include: 
Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation (ANZIIF or Equivalent) 
Insurance broking experience, ideally looking after an SME or commercial book 
Prior experience managing a small team 
Strong knowledge of retail and domestic insurance products 
Experience in developing risk management strategies tailored to client needs 
Proven track record of successfully managing client portfolios and achieving sales targets
