This role focuses on reliability improvement across heavy mobile equipment, with a strong emphasis on haul trucks and condition monitoring.
The Role We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to support a mining operation in Blackwater, focusing on HME haul trucks.
The role will work across Caterpillar 793D and 789D trucks, along with Kress Haulers, supporting reliability improvement initiatives and condition monitoring activities.
You will also support master data improvements across strategies, functional locations and measuring points where required.
This is a hands-on site role working closely with maintenance and engineering teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting reliability improvement across haul truck fleets
Analysing condition monitoring data to drive maintenance decisions
Working across CAT 793D, 789D and Kress haul trucks
Supporting development and improvement of maintenance strategies
Assisting with master data including flocs, measuring points and strategies
Working closely with maintenance and engineering teams on site
What You’ll Bring
Mechanical Engineering qualification (Degree or Diploma)
Experience as a Reliability Engineer in mining environments
Experience with CAT haul trucks highly regarded
Exposure to master data structures including strategies and measuring points
Must have the right to work in Australia
