The role
A unique opportunity for a professional and experienced Chef De Partie has arisen to join the kitchen team on a casual basis. We are looking for an outstanding person who has had experience working in a fast paced kitchen and delivering high quality Modern Australian dishes.
You
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a professional kitchen ( hatted restaurant experience preferred)
* Ability to produce quality food, use fresh produce and be creative
* Must have Qualifications or equivalent trade experience
* HACCP and sound Food Safety knowledge
* Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
* Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills
* You will be reliable, dedicated and willing to continue learning
