They have done this by constantly developing cutting edge models & constructs which in turn deliver predictive capability of future consumer behaviours.
The Role
This is an executive level leadership position with a focus on driving market & commercial growth across the broader financial services sector, requiring someone to be hands on with clients whilst delivering inspirational leadership to the broader team. There is a clear path for career progression for the right individual into the CEO position. This role is about establishing and maintaining strong executive relationships with key clients whilst managing the external reputation and brand of the company through active involvement in the business community and industry groups where relevant. This role is responsible for the financial performance of the division, a substantial & critical component of the role will ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting and commercial activity to deliver upon business expectations.
The Individual
This role requires an individual that comes from the research & advisory industry, however, also has strong exposure to a specific customer base being financial services to drive deep meaningful commercial relationships. They will be a "hunter" by nature with a sound track record of driving business growth within both existing customers but also bringing on new logos. They will also:
* Be a proven commercial leader that can inspire and drive a high-performance culture. As the team is highly competent with strong experience across analytics & insights it is critical that someone can come into this role and engage the team by building trust & credibility quickly bringing them on the journey to deliver success.
* Have executive presence, they will be able to hold themselves competently and confidently across the executive suite, building credibility to deliver compelling outcomes for their clients.
* Have a well‐rounded background and career, with experience working in a more structured, process driven environment, paired with exposure to smaller more entrepreneurial organisation where they have developed or nurtured a natural growth mindset and want to continue expanding on this.
* Be a proven leader, has experience leading high performing teams and has a natural skillset to take their team on a journey to deliver these results.
* Be excited about the proposition of career progression, with a plan to take a step up into a CEO position in the near future.
