Operating since 1992, our client is a trusted leader in blended goods and butcher supplies, producing high‑quality dry blended ingredients, rubs, sauces, herbs, and marinades. Due to continued growth, they’re now expanding their production team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Loading raw materials into mixers following recipe cards
* Weighing, preparing, mixing, blending, bagging, and labelling products
* Working with rubs, dry flavours, herbs, sauces, and meat mixes
* Stacking and palletising finished goods (up to 20kg lifting at times)
* Maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
* Keeping work areas clean and organised, including between batch cleans
* Following HACCP and food safety standards at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 6 months’ experience in food production or processing
* Strong manual handling ability (lifting up to 20kg occasionally)
* Ability to accurately follow recipe cards
* Reliable and committed team players
* Physically fit and comfortable with hands‑on work
* Machine operating experience (advantage)
* Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices
* Comfortable working in a dusty environment (dust masks provided if required)
