Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the store, manage financial and rostering key performance indicators, supervise and coach team members to deliver an exceptional ZSG experience, and ensure ZSG food quality and safety standards are met.
Skills & Experience
* Highly motivated natural leader who doesn’t hesitate to be hands on.
* Passion for food and executing restaurant operations.
* Positive “can do” attitude.
* Ability to build an efficient team in a fast‑paced environment.
* Two years minimum of restaurant management experience (preferred).
