We are expanding across Metro Perth and the Southern Suburbs and are seeking dedicated Contractor Physiotherapists to join our community team.
The Role This contractor position offers flexibility and autonomy, delivering physiotherapy services to a mixed caseload of aged care clients and NDIS participants. You will conduct in‐home assessments, therapy sessions, mobility and functional rehab, and collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team within Humanity Health Group.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for aged care and NDIS clients.
* Develop and implement tailored treatment and reablement plans.
* Provide evidence‐based interventions: strength/balance training, mobility work, pain management, falls prevention, post‐acute rehab.
* Recommend equipment and home modifications where appropriate.
* Maintain accurate clinical notes and progress reports.
* Travel to clients across metro Perth and the south‐metro corridor.

Essential Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
* ABN and relevant insurances (public liability & professional indemnity).
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
* Experience in community, aged care, or NDIS (or strong interest).
* Excellent communication and independent time‐management skills.
Desirable
* Experience with Home Care Packages, functional capacity assessments, or NDIS documentation.
* Confidence working autonomously while collaborating with a broader team.
