We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing waitlists, and supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional service to patients, greet them warmly, and ensure their needs are met.
* Audit and validate waitlists to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Support clinical staff (Doctors and Nurses) with administrative tasks, such as booking appointments and managing referrals.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel.
* Sound administrative experience, preferably in a hospital environment.
* Personable, customer-focused approach, and commitment to high-quality service.
* Demonstrated ability to plan workflow, prioritize tasks, and delegate to meet deadlines.
* Understanding of confidentiality and privacy legislation.
* Understanding of medical terminology.
