We're on the hunt for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a successful Mazda dealership team in a vibrant coastal Queensland city. With a robust monthly average of 50 units — including 25–28 BT-50 sales — this is an exciting leadership opportunity in a high-performing environment.
You'll oversee a team of three sales consultants (one of whom is an Assistant Manager), plus a Business Manager and Aftercare Consultant. Backed by solid stock supply, a strong brand, and proven customer satisfaction, your mission will be to drive profitability, maintain high standards, and achieve sales targets.
We're seeking someone with previous sales management experience or a strong Assistant Manager from a high-volume dealership ready to step up.
This role includes a base salary of $65K with uncapped commissions targeting $150K–$160K OTE — plus a company vehicle. This is a great opportunity to lead in a stable, supportive team where your efforts are truly rewarded.
