The Role
We're looking for an experienced Site Foreman/ Leading Hand to oversee the delivery of Architectural Concreting works.
This role involves site coordination, and team leadership of multiple trades in completely concreting works.
We are also open to carpenters/Form workers looking to transition into a foreman role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise formwork carpentry teams on-site
Lead and supervise Steel Reinforcement Fixing Teams on-site
Interpret and execute detailed architectural and structural drawings
Communicate progress and updates onsite with Office Team
Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and other trades
Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with WHS regulations
Manage materials, tools onsite
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in Construction and job Management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret complex drawings
Solid understanding of concrete behaviour and construction sequencing
White Card and relevant trade qualifications
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality workmanship
