Awesome Conveyancing Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Conveyancer to join our dynamic team in Yarra Glen, VIC. As a Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in managing the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our thriving conveyancing practice.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing and processing all relevant conveyancing documentation, including contracts of sale, transfers, and settlement statements
* Liaising with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to coordinate the conveyancing process
* Conducting title searches, preparing adjustments, and balancing settlements.
* Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their legal obligations and rights throughout the conveyancing process
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
* Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence as needed.
What we're looking for
* A qualification in conveyancing, such as an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing (BSB60220), Diploma of Conveyancing, or another recognised Victorian legal or property-related qualification, will be viewed favourably.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a conveyancing or property law role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Proficient in using conveyancing software and technology to streamline processes.
