Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Purpose: Responsible for meeting team targets, employee retention, and achieving efficiency across assigned geography, employees, and sources, while keeping the team motivated and engaged.
Area/Geography Mapping:
Responsible for allocation of geography at team level.
Work closely with team members on geography mapping.
Audit and review the progress of area mapping regularly and share reports with superiors.
Source Relationship Management:
Manage relationships with all sources in the assigned geography.
Joint Calls:
Conduct daily joint calls with the team, including source visits and sales calls.
Channel Partner Recruitment:
Identify and empanel channel partners.
Team Huddle:
Conduct daily team huddles as per the process.
Team Review:
Implement and review sales processes, LMS, and dairy functions of team members.
HSPL Hub Coordination:
Coordinate with credit team on loan applications and update team members.
