About the Role
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our growing Schools team, focused on attracting, sourcing and engaging Educators as we hire for CRT (Casual Relief Teacher) opportunities across Melbourne's Eastern suburbs.
What you'll do:
* Source & match top talent for temp and contract roles for a range of Schools clients - including public and independent schools, SEN, primary and secondary.
* Deliver exceptional customer service while driving business growth
* Be part of a team, working collaboratively to deliver fantastic outcomes for our clients and Educators alike.

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in business development, recruitment, or sales
* Strong relationship-building and networking skills
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team
* Adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines
* A drive for continuous learning and development
* Full working rights, and willingness to obtain a Volunteer WWCC
* Knowledge of the education sector is a bonus
