About The Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on, technically minded Account Manager to join our Water Mining team, supporting key mining customers across the Kalgoorlie and Goldfields region.

You’ll work closely with mine site teams, applying your technical skills to improve water and process performance while building meaningful, long‑term partnerships. While the title is Account Manager, this is a consultative, technical and practical role, not a desk‑based sales job.

Travel is an important part of connecting with our customers (approximately 30% overnight travel), and comprehensive technical and sales training will be provided — we invest in your growth from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting mining customers through hands‑on service, site visits and field trialsConducting equipment testing, water sampling and chemical analysisEnsuring optimal application of process and water treatment programsTroubleshooting technical challenges with confidence and collaborationWorking alongside experienced Account Managers to grow and strengthen accountsManaging customer inventories and coordinating product deliveryBuilding trusted relationships through reliable, value‑adding serviceLearning and applying best‑practice in mining process and water treatment systems
