Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team to achieve strategic objectives.
* Supervise and support the development of recruitment team members, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality work.
* Oversee team performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including senior managers and external partners.
Job Requirements:
* Proven leadership and management experience within a recruitment or HR environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Ability to analyze complex data and develop solutions to improve recruitment processes.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
Working Hours:
The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm at our Denmark Hill and Princess Royal University Hospital sites.
