Role Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our Infrastructure Delivery department, where you will play a key customer-focused role in protecting the community's infrastructure and safety.

Your primary responsibility will be successfully processing and timely completion of the end-to-end administration of our Asset Protection and Road Activity Permit systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for approving the installation of roadside assets, new signage, bus shelters, and street lighting.

This position requires excellent communication skills, as you will be liaising with service authorities and responding to customer and ratepayer requests in a courteous and prompt manner.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require relevant qualifications and/or experience in administration within an Engineering and/or Asset environment.

You must have the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, including civil contractors, utility companies/authorities, residents, and internal departments.

A team player with excellent customer service and administration skills is essential for this position, along with proficient technical skills in Microsoft Suite and GIS software.
