- About the role
- This role will be supporting employees and volunteers with lived experience to have a really positive recruitment and onboarding experience through the implementation of the Lived Experience Engagement Framework
- This is a part-time role 3 days a week for a 12-month fixed term contract.

- Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):
- Ensuring appropriate recruitment and onboarding processes are in place
- Coordinating the employee and volunteer documentation process to ensure completion and compliance with organisational requirements
- Providing excellent customer service engagement with our internal stakeholders including being the first point of contact and ensuring teams understand the Lived Experience Engagement Framework
- Managing and monitoring systems to support reporting and database management
- Supporting the collation of reporting data
- Monitoring and trouble-shooting issues to ensure effective and accurate data flow between the HRIS and online recruitment system.
- About you:
- Lived experience of cerebral palsy or as a family member of someone with cerebral palsy
- Commitment to the rights of people with disability
- Previous experience in administration role
- Well-developed written & verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with information management systems, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
