Leading the day-to-day operations of our Kooringal campus, you will oversee the planning, development, and delivery of outdoor education experiences for students from Years 4 to 10, ensuring exceptional safety standards, educational engagement, and a holistic student experience.You will collaborate with a dedicated team to design and execute a wide range of outdoor activities, including expeditions, kayaking, climbing, high ropes, navigation, and environmental sustainability.
Your leadership will be critical in fostering a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment that empowers students to thrive and grow.About YouWe are looking for a candidate with:Extensive leadership experience in outdoor education, with a proven ability to manage teams and complex programs.Strong qualifications and certifications in Outdoor Education, along with expertise in risk management and safety protocols.A passion for nature-based education and a deep commitment to fostering an environment where students can build resilience, leadership, and a love for the outdoors.Proven experience in delivering outdoor adventure activities such as expeditions, orienteering, climbing, kayaking, and environmental education.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.A valid Australian driver's licence (manual licence is highly regarded), along with the ability to pass necessary police and working with children checks.Why Join UsAt Christ Church Grammar School, we believe in creating a transformative outdoor learning experience that not only challenges students but also encourages personal growth, environmental awareness, and leadership.
