**The purpose of the role**
As a Casual Concierge, you will support our Clubhouse team in creating a smooth and memorable experience for our members in a variety of different areas. From welcoming guests to responding to concerns, you will assist by connecting our members with our services. You will also assist with ensuring the Clubhouse is maintained in pristine condition at all times for our members.
**Responsibilities by function**
- Assisting at the Welcome Desk_
- Provide assistance to the Clubhouse team with member administration
- Ensure Hub members and guests are welcomed to the Clubhouse in a courteous manner and are able to find their way, following sign-in and etiquette procedures
- Ensuring the welcome area and welcome desk is a clean, presentable, free of clutter and friendly, approachable environment
- Follow check-in and check-out procedure for guests of members
- Assisting members with queries they may have, connecting them with the appropriate person on the Hub team
- Supporting the Community & Operations Lead with events in the space, including wine-down
- Space tasks_
- Assist with keeping the Clubhouse looking beautiful and clean through regular space checks
- Alerting the appropriate teams for maintenance requests
- Reset the space in the mornings and/or afternoons to ensure everything is tidy, clean and orderly by following our space checklist
- Work with and assist the Space Lead in completing projects around the space for an improved guest experience
**Ideal experience**
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, front desk experience in high-end hotels well regarded
- The ability to build rapport with our members
- A genuine passion for managing client relationships and the ability to analyse, develop and cultivate new business with existing members
- Presentation skills - you will be required to speak to our member community often
- The ability to juggle competing priorities whilst remaining solutions-focused
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a can do attitude
