Job Title: General Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our English Language Institute, responsible for overseeing its brand, budget, and positioning within the international market. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership and management of English Language Training programs.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Create and implement strategic plans to meet student recruitment targets and drive business development in a competitive market.
* Oversee marketing and promotion of ELI pathway programs to support international enrolment goals.
* Maintain and develop pathways into Deakin University and Deakin College, ensuring high student satisfaction.

Requirements:
1. A degree and postgraduate qualifications in TESOL or a related field, with extensive relevant experience in English Language Training programs.
2. Extensive experience in leadership and management of ELT programs in a university ELICOS setting.
3. Experience in developing, teaching, and evaluating English for Academic Purposes, English for Specific Purposes, and General English courses.
4. Demonstrated awareness of pathway options and issues related to international students undertaking direct entry English language pathway programs.
5. Experience in international context marketing and business development.
6. Ability to manage revenue and expenditure budgets.
