About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team as an Integrated Services Manager. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for coordinating and managing our workforce, including recruitment, staff performance, and staff development.


Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage the workforce, including recruitment, staff performance, and staff development.
* Ensure appropriate training and development opportunities are planned and executed for staff.
* Responsible for the submission of daily, weekly, monthly activity reports in a timely manner.
* Follow the service agreement process to complete a service agreement for each preventative maintenance contractor in consultation with the Renal Services Manager.
* Ensure the service providers adhere to the preventative maintenance schedule and repairs in a manner that does not disrupt service delivery.
* Responsible for the ordering of all non-medical stock within the Renal Health Centre.


Requirements:

* Prior administration experience along with Certificate IV in administration or a willingness to work towards attaining.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with well-developed organizational and time management skills.
* A current 'C' Class Driver's Licence and employment will also be subject to a National Police Clearance.


Benefits:

* Attractive base salary of $98,389 per annum PLUS Super.
* Accommodation allowance of $13,000 per annum.
* Annual airfares of $1,683 on 12 months of continuous service.
* Salary packaging, up to $30,000 per annum.
* Relocation allowance, up to $5,000.
* 5 weeks annual leave (pro rata) to enjoy a well-balanced working lifestyle.


About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have previous administration experience along with Certificate IV in administration or a willingness to work towards attaining. In addition, you will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with well-developed organizational and time management skills.

Please note: To be eligible for this role, you will be required to hold a current 'C' Class Driver's Licence and your employment will also be subject to a National Police Clearance.
