Qualifications & experience
* 2+ years experience
* Experience in a high volume bakery and the ability to manufacture bread by hand from scratch
* Ability to work unsupervised in a fast paced environment
Tasks & responsibilities
The successful applicant will be competent in mixing doughs, moulding and shaping doughs and oven work.
