Position Details
The Position, but not limited to: Manage a great portfolio with a heap of support.
Property Manager is only required to conduct Finals.
No Routines or PCRS.
In-house Leasing Agent so you are free to provide good service to clients.
No Trust Accounting.
No BDM.
Full-time Administrators and VA's for support.
Qualifications & Criteria
Previous Property Management Experience
A Current Certificate of Registration
Driver's License
Working knowledge of real estate software
Strong attention to detail both written and verbal
Fantastic attitude and excellent presentation
Communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate
Strong team player with excellent presentation
