Overview
The Body Shop Australia is currently recruiting for a Casual Beauty Advisor!
Your role in a nutshell: To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.
Responsibilities
The Beauty Advisor will take the time to learn our customer’s needs and recommend products that make them feel valuable.
Uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
Offer expert advice to customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.
What We Look For
Previous retail experience is preferred
Solid interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers
A team player open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from the Store and Assistant Manager
A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry
Confident in reaching store targets and sales
An agile, tenacious and optimistic team member who contributes to our joyful collective
Availability Monday through Sunday
