Overview
We're looking for a Solutions Consultant with expertise in financial crime compliance to drive the adoption and implementation of our solutions. This role involves working with clients to understand their needs, demonstrating the value of our offerings, and ensuring successful deployment.
Responsibilities
* Champion our customers, ensuring that we position our products in a way that speaks to them.
* Qualify opportunities and work with prospects and existing customers to understand their problems and recommend a relevant solution.
* Present our product to a variety of stakeholders, modifying your pitch dependent on audience seniority and technical expertise. This will include value-based product demonstrations, API and integration sessions, and architecture whiteboarding.
* Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation.
* Conduct thorough handovers to the Customer Success team post-sale to ensure efficiency and speed to value for our customers.
* Build strong relationships externally and cross-functionally to advance the work of the company in fighting financial crime.
* Mentor and up-skill other team members by sharing knowledge and developing reusable tools and assets.
* Contribute feedback from the field to our Product organization to continuously improve our platform.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and share knowledge with the commercial function to inform their approach.
* Provide market intelligence so our commercial team is truly informed.
* Inform the sales teams of key client and regulatory needs.
* Represent ComplyAdvantage at relevant industry events.
* Contribute to the brand and product marketing strategy.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in financial crime compliance (AML, KYC, sanctions).
* Strong understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
* Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, communication, and customer/prospect engagement.
* Demonstrated ability to use generative AI for task automation, research, and decision support.
* Experience in pre-sales or consulting roles is preferred.
